Static Modulus of Deformation of Uncemented Layers of the Railway Substructure—Comparison of Values and Determination of Correlation Dependence According to the Test Procedure of the Slovak Railways and Deutsche Bahn A.G.

The paper focuses on the analysis of values static modulus deformation obtained by application test procedure specified in methodology for diagnostics sub-ballast layers used German railways (DIN 18 134) and Railways Slovak Republic (Regulation TS4). purpose study was to determine correlation between measured according above-mentioned methodologies based a series experimental measurements an field built at scale 1:1. It also aimed develop numerical model characterising behaviour loaded environment during using finite element method, which can subsequently be design structural composition layers.
